An Associate Administrator is vital to the administration of ESOP plans. The Associate will assist the Administrator in reconciliation of trust assets and trust accounting for ESOP and 401(k) plans, perform data analysis and prepare financial statements and reports for clients. A typical day could include many different tasks varying in scope and nature utilizing various software programs and will not be the same tasks performed repeatedly. The Associate Administrator must be flexible, able to occasionally work more than 40 hours per week during peak times, and thrive in a team environment. The successful candidate will learn ESOP recordkeeping and administration, with the opportunity to advance to the position of Plan Administrator.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated 401(k) Administrator who wants to delight clients. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated and able to manage their own caseload, including deadlines. Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distribution and loan processing and regulatory reporting.
Depending on experience, this individual has the flexibility to work from home or at our office in Charlottesville, Virginia.

This position offers highly-experienced candidates the flexibility to work from home or on-site at our home office in Charlottesville VA. Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions and regulatory reporting.
We are seeking a senior-level ESOP administrator with a thorough, in-depth knowledge of ESOPs and significant experience in providing ESOP administration and consulting services. This position offers highly-experienced candidates the flexibility to work from home or on-site at our home office in Charlottesville VA. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the supervision and review of the recordkeeping and compliance testing performed by staff members. The position also offers ESOP consulting opportunities and hands-on administration for a caseload of complex plans.
