Starting in 2004 the employees of Blue Ridge ESOP Associates have donated money, time and effort toward purchasing personal Christmas gifts for the teenage residents of the Attention Home in Charlottesville.
The Attention Home is a co-ed group home located in downtown Charlottesville. The program serves adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18. The program provides a supportive but structured environment for teenagers who have experienced difficulties at home, school and in the community.
In 2006 the employee’s donations and matching funds from Blue Ridge enabled our staff to purchase individualized gifts for each of the eleven teenagers in the home. The gifts were wrapped with care and delivered to the Home in time for their annual Christmas party.
